There is an old saying that you can't know someone unless you walk a mile in their shoes. People are like icebergs. Most of what is there is hidden under the water. Assuming you know someone just by looking at the surface is choosing to be lazy by relying on stereotypes.
Remember life is hard, whether or not you can see it on a person's face.
