Clear, sparkling green peridot drops dangle from Sterling silver component that recalls a flower in bloom. Sterling silver beads, wire and French ear wires complete the look of these earrings hanging almost 2 inches.
These earrings are a perfect accompaniment to the Celebrating Nature necklace. They would also pair nicely with the Field of Green necklace or the Garden Party necklace.
As late as the 16th century peridots from Zabargad were so precious that an Ottoman sultan’s favorite throne was covered in them. Peridot has been used as a talisman to protect the wearer.
